Spooky was an owner surrender in May 2010 as he was very bitey and the family had young children. He has calmed down over the last couple of years but still cannot be held. Spooky Dooky as he is lovingly called, passes his time destroying paper towel tubes, sticks, and wicker bird toys. While he still uses his wheel daily he has obviously slowed down in his running as he has aged. The family that surrendered him is fantastically unusual as they have sent ongoing financial support for his care and like to check in on him from time to time. We are always happy to update on him!
