Sugar Gliders for Adoption
We have 6 sugar gliders for Adoption!


Now, you might say, Sugar Gliders aren’t rodents! Well, you are right! These small marsupials do not fit into the Order of Rodentia that the rest of our species do. However, we found very quickly that there was a need for a knowledgeable shelter in Denver to help them. Currently available for adoption, we have a group of two females, Laverne & Shirley. As well as a group of two neutered males and two females, Naruto, Sauske, Hinata, & Sakura. All of these suggies are friendly but will need lots of time with you in order to bond. Sugar Gliders are very interesting creatures and you can read more about them here. We will go over specific cage and food requirements during the pre-adoption process. Adoption fee will depend on many things including how many gliders are in the group.

Degus for Adoption

Many people have not heard of or met a degu before. We’ve had many transfered to us from Denver Dumb Friends League recently and they are ready for their new homes! We have 7 males and 3 females in various sized groups. All of these groups are super curious, friendly and ready to exercise in their wheel; a must for any degu enclosure! The degu is a very unique, social, and curious animal. For more information on their origin, please visit their Wikipedia page. We will go over specific cage and food requirements during the pre-adoption process. Adoption fee will depend on many things including how many degus are in the group.

Mice for Adoption
Kamek & Tatanga are ready for their fur-ever home!

Both girls are black and white.


These two adorable lady mice will steal your heart and your veggies! Kamek & Tatanga were transferred to us from Denver Dumb Friends League where they were born in June of 2011. They are very friendly but still a bit nervous when being picked up. Their adoption fee is $15 and will include food and bedding. Kamek & Tatanga will be adopted together and the fee will not include their enclosure.

We were given to a very nice lady by our original owners and as she travels frequently, she didn’t think it fair to keep us. We were relinquished the week of Christmas and are now ready to find our fur-ever home! We are still a bit nervous about being handled but are very curious and friendly guys. With some time and love we are sure to steal your heart! Our adoption fee is $20 and we will come home with food, bedding, and chew toys. Our enclosure will not be included and we want to go together!

Rats for Adoption
Meet Squeaky!


And Whiskers!


Squeaky and Whiskers are a dynamic dumbo eared duo that love fresh fruit and veggies. These two boys came in together and will be adopted together. They will come with their wheel that they love to run on, especially Squeaky as well as their blue house. The fee for adoption will be $25 and does not include their current cage as they truly need a larger long term cage. There is some brotherly bickering that occurs and is to be expected with two male rats living together.
