  • Squirt was transferred to us from a big box pet store as she became too old to sell. These hamsters are not recommended for children as they are very small and quick and for that reason easily dropped or lost. These very active animals need a large enclosure (20 gallon long aquarium is best) and a good soild bottom wheel. Squirt’s adoption fee is $10 and does not include an enclosure. However, a used 20 gallon long aquarium may be purchased at the time of adoption if needed.
